DHAI2018, the inaugural conference of what would become DHARTI, was held from 1 to 2 June 2018 at IIT Indore and IIM Indore under the theme, "DH in India: Contestations, Connections and Collaborations," bringing together scholars, practitioners and students to explore the possibilities and challenges of Digital Humanities in India.
